The Real Estate Power Investor Course is divided up into 2 courses that contain about 14 hours of in depth, hard-hitting training material for potential real estate investors. It also offers over 6 hours of bonus material. Included in this course are audio training, video training, and pdf materials as well as various tools and documents for your own use.
The course instructor Charrissa Cawley is extremely knowledgeable in real estate investing and wholesaling. She does seem to have a genuine concern for making sure that her course members become successful. Unlike other real estate courses I have seen, this one is easy to understand and is laid out in a way that it is easy to follow and implement. Charrissa holds nothing back and shows you exactly what to do in a step-by-step process.
The training course is filled with powerful tips and strategies to show you easy ways to make loads of money in real estate. Charrissa explains in detail how many investors are spending too much time money and resources to find, purchase, and sell real estate. The course also includes many tips to help you avoid anything that could potentially slow down or impede your business. You will be warned about things to be careful of concerning all aspects of the business. In the course you get all the tools and resources that she suggests you use for free so you can get started right away without having to join any listing sites or buy extra tools. You will learn about tons of free sites that also help you with finding deeply discounted properties. She spends a good amount of time explaining which things you absolutely need to do for the best chance at success and what not to bother with. Nearly everything you could possibly want to know about wholesaling property, refi cash outs, 1031 exchanges, buying and holding, and flipping is contained within this course. The course also contains some live Q & A sessions where she offers straight forward answers to possible scenarios and detailed questions.
One thing that really could have been better is the quality of some of the audios. Many of the audio training was hard to hear because the Q & A session were made from live teleseminars. Although every answer was clear I had to increase the volume considerably to hear a couple of questions.
One of the most valuable things about The real Estate Power Investor course is all the free sites and tools you are provided with. Some of them are the free methods for locating REO and foreclosure properties. Charrissa takes you through an extensive list of places to find properties online from free public information sites. She also gives detailed information about obtaining REOs from banks and exactly how to find the properties on them. All of this information is designed to teach you to find properties without paying a listing site. You also learn to locate these properties anywhere in the U.S.
In summary, our Review of Real Estate Power Investor highlights 3 good points. One is the price of the course, which at the time of this writing was only $97. In comparison, most real estate courses are charging 5, 10 or even 20 times as much and don't contain as much material as this course does. Second, the course instructor Charrissa Cawley has been a very successful property investor herself for a long time and when you go through the material you will be motivated by her energy and enthusiasm for her craft, and her apparent desire to help you become successful as well. Third, is the timing of the product. The housing market hasn't been this hot for investors in over 30 years, and we may not see another opportunity like this for a long time.

Often times it is necessary to read between the lines when reading online content because it's written so poorly. It's gratifying to find information that is so clear and concise you can't misunderstand the content.
